Celebrity chef Art Smith was in town to oversee his restaurant Art and Soul. He dished to Niteside about the First Family, Oprah Winfrey, losing weight and running in the Paris marathon. He then took us back to see the action in the kitchen, famous for fried green tomatoes and fried chicken.
