Amongst tapestries centuries old and gilded paintings, guests at the Embassy of Spain were introduced to the new generations of young creative talent via the spring 2011 Spanish cultural program.
“For us, this is a special day,” said Ambassador Jorge Dezcallar, “not only for the the new cultural program, but because Spain has much to offer. And, well, I don’t want to brag but [we also have] a lot of creative energy,” he added, referring to the dramatic World Cup win by Spain over the Netherlands in the 116th minute, when Andres Iniesta scored a goal and it ended at 1-0.
