Kobe “haute” dog please.....

One Year of Food and Fun

Gastropub and sports haven Redline in Chinatown celebrated its one year anniversary this week with a celebration to announce its $12.08 lunch special inspired by its December 8th opening.

The bustling bar that has an appealing casual atmosphere full of televisions and blinking updated sports stats, is more than meets the eye once you dig into the upscale food offerings from Chef Fabrice Reymond. In what he describes as “affordable American cuisine with a French twist” – you’ll find treats for the most refined palate including lobster macaroni & cheese and a Kobe “haute” dog; ready to be paired with beers from the signature in-table taps.

The crowd of VIP guests included supporters from business, media and across the restaurant industry, all gathered to raise a pint for 365 days of fun. Guests milled beneath the 11-foot projection screen and multiple flat screen monitors, sitting quite literally in the shadow of the Verizon center.

For our next game day, these might be where we want our season tickets.
