The Foundation for Social and Cultural Advancement (SCA) with Guest of Honor Edward W. Scott, Jr., members of Congress and former Ambassadors hosted a reception in celebration of their third Annual Benefit.

The third annual benefit raised funds for current and future programs. Currently, Foundation SCA partners with local organizations and funds successful educational programs in Guatemala, Cameroon, Kenya, Slovenia, Poland, Russia, Chicago, and Washington, D.C. that provide professional skills and training, high school/college scholarships, and personal development for girls and women.
The event was held at The Organization of American States.
