and Janet Donovan While Katy Perry partied incognito in the Hamptons at The South Pointe Club over the weekend, Haley and Jason Binn were a visible presence at The Bridgehampton Surf & Tennis Club celebrating the start of summer and the up-coming launch of Du Jour Magazine with their team: Alan Katz, Cynthia Lewis, Gayle Sobel, Keith Pollock, and Nicole Vecchiarelli along with partners: Lisa and Jimmy Cohen and Kevin Ryan. Bonfires and children included.
Du Jour, a new print magazine that will be published quarterly, will launch in the fall in addition to the monthly digital publication and weekly e-mailed newsletter. The multi-platform luxury lifestyle magazine is sponsored by Gilt Groupe and Hudson News. Yes, that Gilt where you spend all of your money online.
But wait. Don't get too excited. In order to receive the publication or the newsletter, you have to meet five of seven criteria to be on "da list" before you get anything.
Criteria includes: “average net worth of $5 M.”; “liquid assets over $1 M.” You get the picture. Time to renew your wealthy friendships, we doubt if you will find the mag in your local hair salon.
