So, it's the 65th Annual Cannes Film Festival and who gets to go?   Calling all dictators.

Well, not exactly.  That is Sacha Baron Cohen in the top photo up to his antics..........anything to be noticed.  Besides the yacht shot, Cohen was accompanied by 2 "soldiers" as he paraded down La Croisette with a camel - sometimes on, sometimes off.  Not an easy task riding a camel.

Mobbed of course, closely monitored by police of course and causing an outrageous stir of course, he halted traffic and was mobbed by papparazzi.

The Cannes Film Festival runs through May 27th.
