It was a night of sampling luxury when guests gathered in the main hall of the Newseum to get a peek at the 2012 Acura TL.
The evening was filled with opulent cocktails thanks to the mixology staff of Italian eatery Bibiana who were mixing up a special version of a Manhattan--as long as you weren't angling for a test drive.
Also on hand was Chef Ed Witt from 701 to inspire elegant cuisine choices for party-goers.
Acura presented the coming out party for the upcoming model in partnership with Zagat to show off the luxury of the newly redesigned vehicle and the work of the top culinary talent.
Flying under the banner of "Aggression In Its Most Elegant Form" -- the museum atrium was peppered with photos to contrast aggressive items to the car such as a boxing glove and a chainsaw.
Guests piled into the demo model vehicles and basked in the spaciousness as the night wore on. Had the option to test drive been available, sales papers would have been signed on the spot.
