If you're looking for a quick fix to your New Year's Resolutions (yes, we know that weight loss is on your perennial list), Winston Lord and Ashley Taylor have the solution. And no, it's not a free trial to a local gym or a copy of Hollywood's Best Kept Secret Diets or even The Hollywood Cookie Diet (although we hear the lemon is good) ---- it's the 5th Annual Jete Society's Gala for DC's young social circuit.

"Last year, I lost 10 pounds dancing to the
music so you know it's good – helped me achieve my new year’s resolution
in one night!" said co-chair Winston Lord about last year's event and the DJ that went with it.
The Jeté Society is a group of young professionals dedicated to
advancing the mission of The Washington Ballet by supporting its
fundraising goals and catalyzing interest in and support for its
programs and productions.
"One
of the things that makes us unique is that you can see the ballet in
action. Aaron Jackson is busy choreographing another big
number this year with an Alice in Wonderland theme as a tribute to the upcoming production of ALICE by the ballet later this season," said Lord.
Not to mention the roving magician, Kinect's Just Dance 3, a photo booth with Alice inspired accessories (a definite twitter opp) and a chance to make 1,000 new friends (just when we are paring down our friends list - another resolution.) Plus, 5-6 hours of open bar!!!! ( a resolution killer)
A look back at last year:
