It's good to be Irish.  You can celebrate St. Patrick's Day anytime you want to.

The Ambassador of Ireland and Mrs. Michael Collins had good reason to celebrate three days after the fact.

The occasion was the visit of the Taoiseach, Mr. Enda Kenny T.D., and Mrs. Fionnuala Kenny....translation: Prime Minister of Ireland.  Always worth the wait.  Even President Obama thought so...the President and First lady hosted a reception for Kenny at the White House where the Irish Prime Minister presented Obama with a formal certificate of Irish heritage.
