It's Leap Day, February 29th, and the morning show team from 94.7 Fresh FM knew that in spite of the rain, this was a party four years in the making.

The museum features wax figures of musicians, celebrities, and all of the past Presidents.
Guests posed and interacted, and more than a few people were seen apologizing to a statue when they bumped into them by accident.
